I help people buy and sell investment property and luxury homes in the Indianapolis area. I have worked in sales for more than 11 years.
Work
My specialties are investment property and luxury homes. For investors, I show the rents, expenses, and comparable sales before they make an offer. I also work with buyers and sellers of luxury and waterfront homes around Geist and the north side.
I hold the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation.
Racing
I am a national champion motorcycle racer. I write about racing, and what it teaches, on my Substack.
